On time every day of the installation and what a work ethic,rare nowadays nothing was to much trouble. Absolutely ripping people off. I have a trade account and there is no discount. Every time I go I have to ask for some discounts as a trade buyer.In some instances my trade discount is more expensive than the shelf price.I am done with stratco and will be going elsewhere from now.

Yesterday hubby and I visited the outdoor display area and absolutely loved what we saw.Best of all it was after hours (shift work makes life tricky at times) but the area was still open so you can walk through.The many walls and displays show off the product so you can see what it will look like in a home or outdoors. The garden displays are fabulous. Everything is grouped and labelled so you can easily find out what they are.There are samples of the bricks and pavers etc in the old building which is also open and catalogues (bricks, price list, retaining walls and pavers) are available here too.The catalogues were detailed so we could calculate quantities and price but also whether the weight meant we needed a truck or to pay for delivery.It was helpful to have the ability to look for ourselves at a time that suited us.The sales process was easy. The bricks were already split into smaller shrink wrapped amounts so hubby could ask for a pallet of half solids and half cored with minimal fuss. No hand stacking as we'd anticipated. Just forklifted right on. Woohoo.The bricks are excellent. None were broken or cracked. Colour is exactly as expected. Very happy customers here who will return.

Excellent store and staff.I purchased a patio and pool fencing. The product and customer service were on point.Particular mention to Damien who was knowledgeable of the products and had a can do attitude.Recommended.

I went online looking for a builder to supply & build a small studio/retreat/shed" in my back garden for under $40

Had a small job on camper spare tyre bracket. Guy couldn't have helped more. Even though we offered a box of beer for repairs same day we dropped it at 3pm and it was ready at 8am the next morning. Highly recommended

James at TPFT was such a huge help to us, he designed a truss system that would fit our air conditioning unit into a very low roof pitch. He also liaised with our roof carpenter for us and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended.
